How do I request a moving estimate?
Complete the form with your pickup and delivery locations, preferred date and a short description of your belongings. The request is the first step; the scope, estimate and schedule must be reviewed and confirmed separately.
What goes into my moving estimate?
Your inventory, estimated shipment size, route and requested services help define the estimate. Please mention stairs, elevators, long carries, bulky items, packing and storage so these details can be reviewed.
Can I use a flexible pickup window?
Yes. Choose a preferred date in the form and include your earliest and latest available pickup dates in the notes. Availability will need to be confirmed.
What if I need storage before delivery?
Choose “Moving + storage” in the form. Include when your destination will be ready and any storage needs so pickup, storage and final delivery can be discussed together.
How will I confirm my delivery?
When delivery confirmation is requested, you can review the proposed details through a confirmation link. Our delivery confirmation process uses a six-hour arrival window, with the driver calling approximately one hour before arrival.
How do I sign my moving documents?
Our process uses Zoho Sign for electronic moving documents. Review the details before signing and raise any questions about your estimate, services or schedule.
Which payment methods can I use?
For pickup and storage, options include card, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, cash, cashier’s check and postal money order. Card, Cash App and Venmo carry a 5% fee. Delivery options are cash, Zelle and postal money order, with other arrangements by agreement. Confirm payment terms in your moving documents.
Does submitting a request reserve my move?
No. The form sends a request for review. It does not confirm a booking, price, pickup date or delivery date.
